Tomorrowland transfer or respond to an enquiry.

- Pickup address, destination, date and requested time.

- Basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device type.
Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is
genuinely necessary for your transfer.

Chauffeurs receive only the information needed to perform the
booked transfer and contact the passenger.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed
to provide the service, handle disputes and comply with accounting,

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect
information against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or misuse.
No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers should
therefore avoid sending confidential information through ordinary email.
We do not normally receive or store your full payment-card details.
These are handled directly by the payment provider.
